We had two clients who were shot and severely injured by Denver and Aurora Police Officers when they were shot with “less-than-lethal” weapons while they were peacefully protesting in the George Floyd Protests in Denver in 2020. We, along with co-counsel, litigated their claims and ultimately got the cities to settle for $740,000.00
Severe crash, fortunately the Plaintiff recovered well without a lot of medical intervention. State Farm was the liability carrier, and they refused to offer more than $4,000.00. We filed a lawsuit and litigated until weeks before trial. We were ready for trial when State Farm finally caved and settled for $35,000.
Severe crash where the defendant ran a red light and t-boned our client. Fortunately, our client was not horrifically injured. We were ultimately able to settle without extensive litigation.
